Viewing My DoDTAP Dashboard

The My Dashboard tab contains announcements about the DoDTAP program, a list of your previous and current transition documents, and sessions you have attended, if any of these exist and your attendance has been reported in them.

My Dashboard

The My Dashboard tab displays the following information:

  • Transition Documents Reported For Me
    • The table shows each of your transition forms, its status/phase, completion date, and last updated information.
    • Click a completed form to view the document in Adobe PDF format.
    • If you have no existing forms, the Transition Documents Reported For Me table is empty.
  • Pre-Separation Counseling Executive Summary link
    • Click to open a PDF titled "Service Member Pre-Separation/Transition Counseling-Addendum Sheet-".
    • Read this document to yourself and substitute your own First, Middle Initial, and Last Name where it displays on the form.
  • Initialize Pre-Separation Counseling button
    • If the button is enable, click to begin a new Pre-Separation Counseling electronic form (eForm). If you already have an in-progress eForm and it has outdated information that you cannot edit, contact a Transition Assistance Counselor to unlock it back to the Pre-Separation Counseling phase.
  • Sessions Attended
    • This section shows modules and tracks you have completed, including the session name, date completed, and military installation where the session occurred.
    • Click a session name to view session details.

Resources

The Resources section contains links to:

  • A financial planning worksheet.
  • The Transition Assistance Participant Assessment survey. This survey is your chance to be heard on issues that directly affect you and future transitioning Service members, including the usefulness of TAP.
  • The TAP Helpdesk email address for questions not already addressed in the FAQs.
