Viewing Transition Documents

The top of the tab displays the Transition Documents Reported For Me section.

What you can see

  • If you have no existing forms the Transition Documents Reported For Me table is empty.
  • If you have existing forms, the Document column shows each of your transition forms, its Status/Phase, Completed Date (if applicable), Last Updated Date, and who updated it last.
  • When you begin a new eForm the status is In Progress until it is completed. An in-progress eForm does not show a Completed Date. When the form is complete, the Status/Phase is Complete.
  • The Status/Phase column shows whether you are in the Pre-Separation Counseling, Capstone Review, Commander's Verification, or Complete phase of TAP.
  • You can have only one eForm with a status of In Progress at any time. All other eForms, if present, show Complete in the Status/Phase column.
  • Paper forms submitted before November 5, 2016 show the form name (2648, 2648-1 or 2958) in the Document column. These forms link to their PDF whether or not the paper form was completed. You can view, save, and print these paper documents that were scanned into PDFs.
