Viewing Transition Documents
The top of the tab displays the Transition Documents Reported For Me section.
What you can see
- If you have no existing forms the Transition Documents Reported For Me table is empty.
- If you have existing forms, the Document column shows each of your transition forms, its Status, Current Phase, and Completed Date, if any.
- When you begin a new form the Status is In Progress. A form in progress does not show a Completed Date. When the form is complete, the Status is Complete.
- The Current Phase column shows whether you are in the Pre-Separation Counseling, Capstone Review, Commander's Verification, or Complete phase of TAP.
- You can have only one eForm with a status of In Progress at any time. All other forms show Complete in the Status column.
- Paper forms submitted before November 5, 2016 show the form name (2648, 2648-1 or 2958) in the Document column. These forms link to their PDF whether or not the paper form was completed, and they show N/A (not applicable) in the Current Phase column. You can view, save, and print these paper documents that were scanned into PDFs.
