Requesting DPRIS Tech Support Assistance

Select Correspondence/Documentation, Defense Personnel Records Information (DPRIS), DPRIS Support tab

The Request for Assistance section displays any Pending and Answered requests for assistance with issues using DPRIS.

If you are having problems viewing your OMPF documents, or if it takes more than two (2) days to receive a response, you might want to request assistance.

Many questions are answered in the milConnect FAQ, so be sure to read the DPRIS FAQs before requesting assistance.

You can also use the Request Assistance form to register a complaint or offer a suggestion.
