Managing Your Assistance Requests-Overview

Select Correspondence/Documentation, Defense Personnel Records Information (DPRIS), DPRIS Support tab

The Request for Assistance list in DPRIS displays your Pending and Answered requests for assistance.

  1. Click the DPRIS Support tab.
  2. Click Contact DPRIS Tech Support. You see the Request for Assistance section, where you can:
    • Click New Assistance Request to request assistance.
    • Click Refresh Assistance List to refresh the page.
    • View Pending and Answered requests.
    • Sort by Status, Submit Date, or Comments by clicking the column heading.
    • Reverse the sort order by clicking the up or down arrow at the right of the column.
    • Search for a particular request or set of requests using the Search box.
    • Use the < and > arrows to navigate through the results/pages. Note that you can specify the number of items to display per page (i.e., 5, 10, or 20).
    • Click View History in the Actions column to view the history for a particular request.
