Viewing Family Information

Select Benefits, Beneficiary Web Enrollment (BWE)

The family information page displays the Family Members list.

• Click the name of the family member whose details you want to view.
• Buttons under the list let you start actions appropriate to the eligibility of the sponsor and the family members.
• Tabs to the right of the list present details for the selected person.
• The Medical Enrollments tab displays options to visit other milConnect pages to access TRICARE enrollment cards. If the selected person already has a PCM, you can start the Change PCM process on this tab.
• The Dental Enrollments tab displays relevant information and options for dental coverage.
• The Contact Info tab displays the option to update contact information.
• The Pharmacy Coverages tab displays relevant information regarding  pharmacy coverage.
• The Special Coverage tab displays information regarding enrollment in the ECHO, or other special programs as applicable.
• The Other Government Programs tab displays relevant information regarding programs such as Medicare and FEHB.
