Managing Your Follow-up Messages with OMPF Support

The Contact OMPF Support section on the DPRIS Support tab displays the options to directly contact your Service Repository via FUM.

For completed Navy and Marine Corps requests, you can send a follow-up message directly to the Service Repository regarding document issues. For example, if you did not receive all of the files you requested, or one of the documents has incorrect information, you can send a follow-up message to correct these problems.

  1. Click the DPRIS Support tab.
  2. Click Contact OMPF Support.
  3. In the drop-down box, select the Request ID of the request you sent or want to send a FUM, and then click Follow Up.
  4. The system displays the follow-up message conversation for the specific request and the option to send a new message or close the section.
