Restoring a Revoked Request
You can restore a revoked benefit if you restore at least one (1) month.
- Locate the family member whose benefit you want to restore.
- Clear the checkbox in the Revoke column. A message might provide more information or request that you correct errors.
- Click OK and fix any errors.
- Because you must transfer at least one (1) month to undo a revocation, enter at least a "1" in the Months column.
- Click Submit Request. A success message displays at the top of the page recommending that you print the page and check back periodically to review the status of your request.
