Adding a Beneficiary

To add a beneficiary:

  1. On the Your Coverage tab, click Add Beneficiary. You can also click the Edit Beneficiaries tab and click Add.
  2. In the Add a New Beneficiary section, fill in the information for the new beneficiary. To remove your entries and start over, click Clear Fields in the upper right.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. In the Beneficiary Added popup, click OK.
  5. In the Edit Shares of Proceeds section, fill in the payment option and share of proceeds.

Hover over the Question Mark icon to display helpful tips.

  1. Click Continue.
  1. In the Share of Insurance Proceeds Updated popup, click OK.

The new beneficiary shows in the Edit Beneficiaries tab.
