Viewing Eligibility for Medical, Dental, and Pharmacy Benefits

Select Benefits, Beneficiary Web Enrollment (BWE)

• This application is restricted to show your current and future health care assigned plan coverage and enrollment information.

Medical, Dental, and Pharmacy coverage information is available for sponsors and current beneficiaries.

• To view Medical coverage, click the Medical Enrollments tab. (Medical coverage is displayed by default.)
• To view Dental coverage, click the Dental Enrollments tab.
• To view Pharmacy coverage, click the Pharmacy Coverages tab.

Each tab displays essential information such as the Coverage (program), Coverage Begin Date, and Coverage End Date for Current and Future coverages.

Where applicable on the Medical Enrollments tab, information about a current and future PCM is displayed. PCM information includes the following items:

• Name of the PCM
• Provider Contact Number, if available
• PCM Start and End Date
• Provider Type
• TRICARE Contractor name
