Viewing Beneficiary Correspondence

Select Benefits, Beneficiary Web Enrollment (BWE)

When you enroll, disenroll, change a PCM, or update an address, you might receive correspondence about your new or changed plans.

Notifications

The system will alert you when new correspondence is available by showing the number of new messages in the red circle next to your signed in name at the top right of the milConnect window.

eCorrespondence

You can also view these enrollment cards and letters by selecting eCorrespondence and Proof of Coverage from the Correspondence/Documentation menu.

If you select the HTML version of the correspondence, click the browser's Back button to return to the eCorrespondence page.

• To return to BWE, click Beneficiary Web Enrollment (BWE) from the Benefits menu.
