Viewing Your DPRIS Tech Support Requests History

You can view your support requests on the Request for Assistance list within DPRIS. This list displays any Pending and Answered requests for assistance regarding your OMPF document requests.

To view the details of your assistance requests:

  1.  Click the DPRIS Support tab to display the DPRIS Support page
  2.  Click Contact DPRIS Tech Support.
  3.  Locate the row for the request that you want to view, and then click View History in the Actions column.

The View Assistance History page displays information about the selected message, including the topic and status of either Pending or Answered.

Note:  If you are viewing history for a Pending request, click Return to Assistance Requests to return to the Request list.
