Viewing, Printing, and Saving Documents

You can view current enrollment letters in either Adobe PDF format or HTML web page format.

To open, print or save a PDF document available on the Correspondence or Proof of Coverage tabs:

  1. On the Correspondence tab, click the PDF icon or link for the enrollment letter.
  2. In the file download message that is displayed:
    • Click Open to view the document in a new Adobe Reader window. You can print or save the document from the Adobe Reader window.
    • Click Save to navigate to a location and save the file.
    • Click Cancel to close the message and stay on the eCorrespondence page.

To open, print or save an HTML document:

  1. Click the [html] link next to the enrollment card or letter. The document opens in a new tab or window.
  2. Use your browser's menus to save or print the HTML document.
  • Adobe Reader is required to open PDF files. You can get the free Adobe Reader from the Adobe website. Follow the instructions to download and install Adobe Reader.
