TRICARE Enrollment Notification Letters
TRICARE Enrollment Notification Letters are available anytime a current or future enrollment exists for which an enrollment letter is produced. If an enrollment is in a pending status, an enrollment letter will not be displayed. Additionally, if a PCM selection is in a pending status, it will not display on the bottom of the enrollment welcome letter (if applicable).
- TRICARE enrollment cards are no longer posted on milConnect or sent by US mail. To receive services, you only need your military-issued family ID and to tell providers that you are enrolled in TRICARE.The last page of the TRICARE Enrollment Notification Letter includes an area showing your name, status, effective date, and contact information for TRICARE that you can cut out. It does not include any policy information. In some cases, it may include contact information for your PCM.
- Sponsors and surviving spouses can view, print, and save enrollment letters for themselves and their family members (children) under the age of 18.
- Sponsors can see this information regardless of the dependents' age.
- Family members over the age of 18 can sign in to milConnect to access their enrollment letters and correspondence if they have a DS Logon.
- Clicking Need Support? on the DS Logon website opens the most current FAQs and instructions for requesting a DS Logon.
