You can:

• Complete, review, and print your current eForm, which is also known as DD eForm 2648 and "Service Member Pre-Separation / Transition Counseling and Career Readiness Standards eForm for Service Members Separating, Retiring, Released from Active Duty (REFRAD)."
• Access transition documents that you initiated before the eForm was introduced.
• Download your VMET DD2586 document.
