Select Correspondence/Documentation, DoD Transition Assistance Program (DoDTAP)

After the Capstone Review counselor signs your eForm, the My Dashboard tab shows your eForm in the Commander's Verification phase.

After the Commander or the Commander's Designee addresses their required questions and signs the eForm, the My Dashboard tab shows the Status/Phase as Complete and the Completed Date displays.
