Additional Assistance with eCorrespondence
You or your family members may see a message indicating that there is no correspondence to display, or you might not see a family member's name listed in the sidebar. This may happen because one or more of the following conditions occurred:
- The information required to create and display the enrollment letter is not available.
- You or your family member do not fit the criteria for the letter.
- A technical issue prevented the enrollment letter from being created and displayed.
If you receive an email notification that an enrollment letter is available but the letter does not display on the eCorrespondence page, or the error message “Cannot download ecorr.jspx from pki.dmdc.osd.mil” is displayed when you use the link provided in the notification, please refresh the page to determine if doing so resolves the issue.
If refreshing does not resolve this issue or you are having issues retrieving your other correspondence, contact the DSO at 1-800-538-9552 Monday through Friday 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT, excluding Federal holidays.
